The collection consists of correspondence, contracts, membership cards, lists of officers, constitutional amendments, and newspaper clippings.
Math Coffee. Correspondence, 2003-2004
This collection contains correspondence from the organization's leader to the rest of the members. These e-mails announce the topics and/or lecturers for each weekly session. The Printed Materials folder contains flyers.
Metrophilian Society. Records, 1921
The collection contains the minutes from the Society's organizational meeting on December 1, 1921.
Middle Eastern Cross Cultural Association (MECCA). Records, 2004-
This collection consists of e-mail correspondence from the leaders to the club members concerning meetings and upcoming events. It also consists of flyers advertising their sponsored events. There is also a 2012 General Ledger Detail Transact for MENASA (Middle Eastern North African Student Association).

The first folder contains flyers advertising sign-ups and performances for Oops. The second folder contains print outs of the website as it looked in 2007, probably not updated since 2004. One page includes a brief history of the organization.
Orchestra and Glee Club. Records, 1917-1928
The collection consists of a ledger with financial accounts for the years 1917-1919, a newspaper clipping from the Atlanta Journal, a concert program for teh 1927-1928 season and a constitution.
Organization of Latin American Students (OLAS). Records, 1999-
The collection consists of the print outs of their website including a copy of the by-laws and constitution and a brief history of the organization, email correspondence and notices sent to members, and publicity flyers.
Photography Club. Records, 1997-
The collection consists of administrative files, membership and publicity. The administrative files include the charter application to the Student Goverment Association, budgets, membership lists, and contracts. The publicity materials are flyers announcing meetings. The Printed Materials, 2006 folder has a flyer advertising the opening of the new darkroom and offering classes. The Correspondence 2005 folder contains e-mails from Fall 2005 concerning classes, exhibits, and officers.
