Scope and Contents The collection consists of two letters. One was written in April 1941 to Elizabeth Proctor by her mother and discusses clothing and health. The other was written in October by G.D. Proctor to his mother while he was in the VA hospital in Roanoke, VA with references to war news and conditions.
