This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Scope and Contents The collection contains information about the founding of the group, self-selection information, a list of members from 1982-1983, and invitations to parties. The Printed Materials folder contains a flier for the "Joining Hands 2 Spread Awareness" event that raised money for the Metrolina AIDS Project, an invitation to the 2004 Red and Black Ball, and an announcement for a Silent Art Auction of Charlotte-area artists and galleries.
