This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Scope and Contents The first folder contains the constitution and 2005-2006 budget proposal to the Activities Tax Council. The second folder mostly contains correspondence and e-mail announcements, but also had two newspaper articles concerning the Women's Film Festival. The second Correspondence folder contains email correspondence about meeting and events, along with minutes. There are minutes from the 2006-2007 academic year. Adopt-A-Country AIDS Campaign (ACAC). Records, 2000-

Scope and Contents

This folder contains Davidsonian articles pertaining to ACAC's creation and sponsored activities. There are also announcements of events which it sponsored in the form of flyers and e-mails. AIDS Quilt, AIDS Luminary Project, and Day Without Art (DWA).

American Chemical Society - Student Affiliates (ACS-SA). Correspondence, 2005

Scope and Contents

The folder contains e-mail correspondence beginning in August 2005 that describes a meeting held over the summer. The rest of the correspondence contains meeting minutes and plans for their speaker, Dr. Dennis Liotta. There is also a poster of the Dr. Liotta lecture in oversize.

Amnesty International (AI). Records, 1982-1983, 2005-2006, 2014

Scope and Contents

The 1982-1983 folder contains fliers announcing Amnesty International's events. There are also little slips of paper that served as correspondence to the members to announce events. The 2005-2006 folder contains e-mail correspondence within Amnesty International that discussed meeting times, funding requests, and the planning of events, such as A Night of a Thousand Dinners to raise money for Adopt-A-Minefield and bringing in speakers. The oversize materials are posters for events.

Androgyny. Records, 2001 -

Scope and Contents Correspondence contains two e-mails between members of Androgyny and the Archives Fellow. It also includes a letter, circa 2007, from Androgyny to other a-cappella groups asking to swap arrangments. The Music Libraries folder contains lists of arranged songs that Androgyny could sing in 2007. A digital copy of this list is stored in Androgyny's Digital Records Folder.
