This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

There is a folder of Minutes from the end of the 2005-2006 academic year as well as most of the 2006-2007 academic year. The collection contains meeting minutes from 1973-1977 and 1982-1984. There are newsletters from 1975-1978. The printed material consists of "The Javelin," (1931-1968) published by the fraternity and also known as the "Phi News." The May, 1948 issue is oversized and is housed separately. There are also rush publicationsfrom 1953-1969. In addition, there are party invitations and articles about the fraternity form various sources in the general file.
