This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Scope and Contents The collection contains minutes, constitutions, correspondence, class and roll books, membership books, credit books, treasurer's books, records from the Junior Eumenean Society, a scrapbook, some printed material, and memorabilia. The minutes are from 1838-1935, 1950-1957, and 1984-1987. There is also a photocopy of the minutes from 1838-1843 which can be found at the end of the collection. Scope and Contents The collection of Pandeinic Society records is small. There are minutes from 1921-1925. These contain information about the founding members of the society, about political aspects, orations, and debates. Scope and Contents The collection contains constitutions, minutes, president's manuals, treasurer's records, membership books, class and roll books, committee reports and minutes, credit books, officer reports and notebooks, papers, addresses, and library records. There are five versions of the constitution, ranging in date from 1837 to 1914. The 1837 constitution is written in the same book as the minutes from 1837, and this book is housed with the minutes.
