Scope and Contents
The collection consists of two scrapbooks. One is a felt covered Davidson College book that primarily contains photographs of students and campus scenes. There are some references to World War I and Perry's family. The other scrapbook contains photographs of Guatemala.

Biographical / Historical
Roy Perry was a member of the Davidson College class of 1916. He was from Easley, South Carolina and after serving in the Eighty-first Division in World War I, he married Lake Eva Ballentine workd for the Park-Cramer Company in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a student, he was a member of the Eumenean Society and Bachelor's Club. He won a Declaimer's medal and was a commencement marshal.

Provenance: Given to Archives by Elise and Isaac Miller. Scrapbook was given to them as a wedding gift and they donated the scrapbook to the archives. 2131 Dwight Way, Berkeley, CA 94704
