The programs are annual program booklets that list officers, members, books read, and program topics.

Scope and Contents The collection consists of correspondence, by-laws, annual reports, financial records, yearbooks, scrapbooks and memorabilia. The correspondence deals with chapter activities and the publication of Seventy Five Years of Service. The annual reports are from 1961-1965, 1970-1975. The yearbooks are from 1962-1968. The financial records are for the Seventy Five Years of Service. The scrapbooks are housed in Oversize.

The correspondence (1911-1957) is primarily between the club and the Davidson town government. There is a copy of the 1941 by-laws, brief club histories, programs for 1914 and 1925, annual reports, memorials to deceased members, and newspaper clippings. The cookbook was printed around 1928. This copy contains handwritten annotations and recipes. The minutes are in two ledgers, 1940-1951...
Scope and Contents The bulk of the collection consists of minutes and financial reports from 1880 to 1980, and 2005 to the present. The collection is organized as follows: 1) General; 2) Constitution; 3) Minutes; 4) Reports; 5) Financial; 6) Membership Book; 7) Annual "History of Presbyterian Women" Reports 8) Scrapbook.
