The Artist Series records contain publicity, correspondence, and business files. There are additional files relating to contracts for Artist Series performers in RG 6/3.4 College Union- Contracts.

Scope and Contents The College Union administrative records include minutes, correspondence, policies, budget, and reports. The majority of the records were created by the Union Director but there are also records of student committees. There is a main series and a subseries of publications, RG 6/3.1b. There are three other series related to the College Union: RG 6/3.2 Union Board, RG 6/3.3 Artist Series, and RG 6/3.4 Contracts. Scope and Contents Both the Adminstrative and Program records of the Music Department are arranged chronologically. The Administrative records are divided into subject groupings within each academic year. The majority of the records concern the tours of the Male Chorus and Concert Band but there is also information on the Women's Chorus, Chapel Choir, Instrumental Ensembles, and Football and ROTC Bands.
