The file contains a listing of the committee members from 1969 to 1975, committee surveys and reports, annual reports, and a brochure on graduate fellowships and scholarships. The file also contains a historical report by George L. Abernethy on the possibility of encouraging more students to apply for graduate school. This report provides a good history of scholarships on campus. There is also an annual report from 2003-04 and a brochure for the Office of Fellowships and Scholarships.

The Records file, 1969-1975, contains a listing of the committee members from those years. The Correspondence files contain information concerning the various recepients according to their respective recommenders. The minutes files contain information about the process of selection.
