Scope and Contents

The files consist of correspondence and annual operating plans for Institutional Advancement. The correspondence concerns plans for a college magazine and a sample acknowledgement letter. The Operating Plans identify specific goals and objectives for each office and provide a detailed evaluation of the previous year's goals.

Scope and Contents The collection contains Publications Files and History Files for the annual fund campaign. The History Files contain memos, press releases and internal campaign updates. The Publications Files contain brochures, pamphlets and solicitiation materials sent out to potential donors. Scope and Contents Box 1 contains information on several of the more prominent Advisory Board members. Each folder contains information on one particular person and this information generally is in the form of correspondence. Box 2 contains the minutes and general information from Advisory Board meetings beginning in November 1981 and going through March 1995.
