Scope and Contents

The files consist of correspondence and annual operating plans for Institutional Advancement. The correspondence concerns plans for a college magazine and a sample acknowledgement letter. The Operating Plans identify specific goals and objectives for each office and provide a detailed evaluation of the previous year's goals.

Scope and Contents The collection contains Publications Files and History Files for the annual fund campaign. The History Files contain memos, press releases and internal campaign updates. The Publications Files contain brochures, pamphlets and solicitiation materials sent out to potential donors. The Class Letters contain copies of letters sent by class chairs for annual fund soliciations. They are organized by academic year and then by class year within the academic year.
