Morales discusses formation of Latin Greek societies at Davidson College as the then president of Lambda Theta Phi Fraternity, Inc and how the introduction of Latinx Greek organizations created space for dialogue around diverse identities. Campos identifies as Colombian and in his interview discusses the cultural shift between Miami, FL and Davidson, NC, being recruited for the soccer team, taking on a mentorship role with a younger Latino fraternity brother in Kappa Alpha, discrimination in the town and other local communities, and the rigor of the academic experience at Davidson College.

During the interview Gonzalez-Barcenas discusses why she chose to attend Davidson College and how she found a sense of community at Davidson.
