This committee was established in the spring of 1994 by the Mellon Steering Committee of Davidson College, was charged with examining any and all areas of the college where there were potential gians in productivity and accountability. Each academic departments and administrative office submitted a mission statement and a list of core processes. Each and every department in reviewed in this committee's final report.
