Identifier: RG5-3-3

Scope and Contents

The majority of the files relate to fundraising for the Visual Arts Building. They include correspondence, memorandums, minutes of meetings, planning records, printed materials, photographs, and audiovisuals. Along with information on the fundraising process, there are also files relating to the planning for arts facilities, including reports on the needs of the music and theatre departments and College Union. Due the inclusion of financial information on contributors, access to many of the files requires the written permission of the Director of Development. The 3 audiocassettes and 7 videotapes that form a part of this collection are housed separately. In addition there is a file on the Baker Sports Complex which contains photographs of architectural models and a publications file which contains samples of promotional materials issued by the office.
