Biographical / Historical

The Davidson College Alumni Journal was first published in August of 1934 as a separate issue of the Davidson College Alumni Bulletin. It was usually published 2 to 3 times a year, and included alumni news and information about Alumni Weekends and trips. The last issue was published in April of 1967, the same year that the Davidson Update replaced the Davidson College Alumni Bulletin. In 1987, the college began issuing the Davidson Journal (see RG 5/7.5b).
