This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of e-mail correspondence from the leaders to the club members concerning meetings and upcoming events. It also consists of flyers advertising their sponsored events. There is also a 2012 General Ledger Detail Transact for MENASA (Middle Eastern North African Student Association).
Scope and Contents The Agendas & Minutes folder contains the agendas and minutes from the Spring 2007 semester, and also it includes a member list from the 2006-2007 academic year. Scope and Contents The collection consists a of copy of the original constitution and various correspondence from 1963-1966. The Programs file 1966-1996 contains programs for the annual initiation and banquet from those individual years. The speech ODE and the Davidson Student was given by Dr. Louise Nelson at the ODE dinner in 1997 and gives the history of the establishment of the Davidson chapter.
