The Applications folder includes applications concerning the Green Ball in 2005 and 2006. Budgets and Proposals contains the EAC's 2004-2005 proposal to the Activities Tax Council (dated November 10, 2004), an ACS Student Development and Engagement Grant Proposal, and the EAC's application to recharter. The Correspondence folder mostly consist of e-mails starting in Spring semester 2003. The correspondence covers announcements of events and meeting requests and reminders. The 2005-2006 Correspondence folder includes results of the Clothing and Furniture Drive. The 2006-2007 Correspondence folder includes the February 6, 2007 meeting minutes. The 2007-2008 Correspondence folder includes email correspondence about campus events, meeting announcements, and meeting minutes. The Printed Materials folder contains an article concerning the Sustainable Campus Development Clinic hosted by Davidson College February 12-14 in 1999, a flier for and an invitation to the Green Ball sponsored by the EAC and the Davidson Lands Conservancy on April 8, 2006, and various printed handouts concerning enviromental activism, as well as fliers containing enviromental information. The digital folder contains a powerpoint presentation about their 2003 waste audit.
