The collection consists primarily of scrapbook materials. The Twentieth Century Club folder has an essay written by her mother playfully recording a moment of dissention in the book club. The Scrapbook, 1942-1946 folder contains programs, letters and receipts with comments written for each. The is also a copy of the Davidson Newsleader for July 20, 1946 and items relation the Transylvania Music Camp. The Echo was the Davidson High School annual. The Scrapbook Items, 1969-1986 are individual documents taken from their original pages. Along with programs for theater events, there is the program the honoring of James Woods and Salinda Mayhew for their medical contributions to Davidson. The Scrapbook, 1948, 1991-1999 is housed in Oversize. It contains more programs, clippings and photographs, many with annonations. Manuscript collection DC0329s contains a diary written by Mary Fetter Stough's grandmother.
