Biographical / Historical

Thomas Reese English was valedictorian of the Davidson College class of 1872. While a student, he was a member of the Eumenean Scoiety. He attended Columbia Theological Seminary and served as a minister in South Carolina and Georgia. He was also a professor at Union Theological Seminary.
