Biographical / Historical

Wilson James McKay was salutatorian of the Davidson College class of 1870. He attended Columbia Theological Seminary and served as a pastor in South Carolina. He was a member of the Davidson College Board of Trustees from 1874 to 1921. He was president of the Board from 1893 to 1905 and secretary from 1905 to 1921.
