Scope and Contents
The collection consists of a 1914-1915 Davidson College Student handbook with handwritten notes by W. Bonner Knox. The notes include scores for baseball and football games, his class schedule and some class notes.

Biographical / Historical
William Bonner Knox (1895-1973) was graduated from Davidson College in 1918. He attended Union Theological Seminary and New York Univeristy. Knox served as a Presbyterian minister in West Virginia and North Carolina from 1921 to 1931. On Christmas day 1937, he married Katherine Nooe, a teacher of foreign languages at Mitchell College. In 1932, he became a traveling salesman operating out of Statesville, NC and retired from sales in 1960.
