Scope and Contents

This series contains oral history interviews and transcripts with Davidson College alumni. Students in Dr. Rose Stremlau's Spring 2021 upper-level history course (HIS 444) conducted interviews as part of a grant from the Associated Colleges of the South (ACS) titled "Before #MeToo: How Women Historically Navigated Higher Education at the ACS Schools." The interviews explore themes of gender, sexual identity, sexual expression, and dating in the context of Davidson College history.
