Oral history interview and transcript with Melodie Mendez '13 conducted on November 24, 2019. During the interview Mendez discusses why she chose to attend Davidson College and the many organizations she participated in during her four years—including, Students Together Reaching for Individual Development and Education (STRIDE), Organization of Latin American (OLAS), Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. (DST), Bonner Scholars, and more. Mendez also recalls her time studying abroad in Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Spain, and Mexico.
