Scope and Contents
Olivia Ware, Davidson College class of 1979, discusses her experience at Davidson College as a black female. She discusses academic life, dorm life (including a humorous experience with the bathrooms in Watts), social life (she was a member of Pax Eating House), and her experience after Davidson. She recalls overall a very fond college experience at Davidson. The interview was conducted as part of an Associated Colleges of the South (ACS) grant-funded course led by Dr. Rose Stremlau.
