Scope and Contents
Oral history interview with Michele Manceaux, Davidson College class of 2020. This oral history interview was conducted as part of the Stories Yet to be Told grant funded initiative. During the interview, Manceaux discusses her experiences on the soccer team, the nuances of Black diasporic experiences at Davidson, differences in finding community in Dallas, TX and at Davidson College, the impact of academic experiences on understanding racial identity, white allyship, her work advocating for better services to prevent food insecurity on campus, and navigating life after graduation during a global pandemic.
