Scope and Contents

The collection consists of a bound volume of reports from both the AAUP committee and Professional Affairs committee from 1961 to 1986. It also includes examples of the Terms of Employment for Davidson College Faculty, 1961-1972. The reports contain narrative sections and charts with salaries for comparable institutions and comparisons over time. Salary reports post-1987 are housed in the Professional Affairs Committee records (RG 3/1.2.078)
