Scope and Contents The collection consists of publications issued by the Admission and Financial Aid office. These include brochures, forms, reports, profiles and news releases for scholarship programs. The materials reflect the promotional efforts of the department on behalf of the college. Scope and Contents The records come from three offices. The program was initially administered through a board which oversaw the annual interview process. In the early 1990s, the responsibility was transferred to the Office of Planning and Institutional Research with John Kelton serving as the prinicipal administrator.
