Scope and Contents The collection consists of an autographed copy of a speech given at Davidson College (1986), correspondence (1958-1986), literary materials (1942), Robert Phillips correspondence & reminiscences (1981-2009) and printed material (1943-1990). The correspondence includes photocopies of letters sent by Styron as well as original letters to Dr. Chalmers Davidson.
