Biographical / Historical

The Faculty Committee on Constitution and By-Laws was first formed in 1966. In 1974 a second committee was established to study the Faculty By-laws and to make necessary recommendations regarding any needed changes. The committee was asked to draw up a set of By-laws consonant with the college Constitution.
