Scope and Contents The files contain correspondence, minutes, and annual reports. The Computer Assisted Instruction folder contains minutes, reports and articles relating specifically to the use of computers in language instruction and workshop held at Davidson on that topic in 1984. Additional materials relating to computers at Davidson can be found in the records of the Computer Planning Committee, 1979-1980 IRG 3/1.2.023) and the Joint Committee On Information Technology (RG 2/4.009).
Scope and Contents The file contains minutes and correspondence of the committee. The minutes contain handouts related to the meetings and some statistical reports. The correspondence is primarily memos to the college faculty about the work of the committee.

Scope and Contents The majority of information is found in the minutes, which span the time period of 1977-1989. In the minutes, references are made to the proposed Faculty Housing Program (1982) and to faculty and staff salaries and compensations. Information is also available on the revenue bonds (Series 1987 Bonds) which were issued by the North Carolina Educational Facilities Finance Agency and lended to the Board of Trustees for use by the college. Scope and Contents The file contains the annual report, minutes, and correspondence of the council. A subcommittee composed of the faculty members of the council was formed in 1988.
