William Rule III Scrapbook
Scope and Contents
During his years as a student at Davidson, William Rule kept a scrapbook of significant events. Information is available on the scores of football/basketball/baseball/track/wrestling games from 1929-1932. Rule also kept his membership card to the Y.M.C.A. In addition, there are several ticket stubs to the Mid-Winters Dances. Rule really followed football in the 1930's, and there are a whole slew of newspaper articles on this sport. On page 45, there is a ticket stub from the Southern Railway Company and a cut-out photograph of the Charlotte Skyline.
