The Artist Series records contain publicity, correspondence, and business files. There are additional files relating to contracts for Artist Series performers in RG 6/3.4 College Union- Contracts.

Each of the existing fraternities also provides its own individual report concerning their role on campus. The Statements folder contains materials gathered for the committee, memos, and a typescript of a meeting held with the committee and fraternity representatives.
