Scope and Contents The files consist of correspondence and annual operating plans for Institutional Advancement. The correspondence concerns plans for a college magazine and a sample acknowledgement letter. The Operating Plans identify specific goals and objectives for each office and provide a detailed evaluation of the previous year's goals.

Scope and Contents The files contain a description of the members of the Board of Directors of the Athletic Foundation and information on the Athletic Hall of Fame. The ledger from 1922-26 lists the names of persons who recieved complimentary tickets to various athletic events and the list of all expenses of the athletic teams for those years. Scope and Contents This collection consists of printed materials, brochures, pamphlets, and stationary from the Friends of the Arts. There are also copies of the Advisory Board Handbook which contains information about the group and its activities. The handbook is updated annually.
