John Adams Gilmer Speech
The collection consists of Gilmer's Inaugural Address as president of the Philanthropic Society in 1880.
John Alexander Fleming Letters
The collection consists of 3 letters. Two of the letters were written in 1856 by Fleming to his uncle, J. Harvey Greenlee, and discuss college life. The third letter was written by A. M. Erwin to report Fleming's death. In addition to the manuscript letters, the collection contains typescripts of the letters.
