The ledgers for the years 1987 to 1997 provide data only on door counts rather than items circulated.

The collection consists of minutes of committee meetings beginning in March 1887. The first folder contains photocopies of the minutes. The originals are in an ledger housed in oversized shelving. The minutes list members of the committee and topics covered. These topics range from waived fines to decisions about purchases, plans for new library buildings, and library policies.
