This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Scope and Contents The collection consists of administrative files, membership and publicity. The administrative files include the charter application to the Student Goverment Association, budgets, membership lists, and contracts. The publicity materials are flyers announcing meetings. The Printed Materials, 2006 folder has a flyer advertising the opening of the new darkroom and offering classes. The Correspondence 2005 folder contains e-mails from Fall 2005 concerning classes, exhibits, and officers.
Scope and Contents The collection contains a small amount of historical information. There is a small amount of correspondence from 1922-1924, 1957, 1976, and 1989. There are alumni directories from 1963-1965. The printed material contains general information about the group, a pledge manual, plus copies of the Altar and Skull" from 1935-1964 and 1976-1989. Scope and Contents The collection contains membership information (1912-1967), which includes information about its founding members in 1912 and the final group of pledges in 1967. There is information about the group's house mother, Miss Johnsie Shelton, most of which is printed material from the celebration of her 10 years of service to the fraternity. Scope and Contents The first folder of the Pre-Law Society contains newsletters from 1987 until 1992 that highlighted meeting, LSAT registration and classes, announcements, and activities. The second folder contains e-mail correspondence during the 2005-2006 academic year, which included meeting and event annoucements. The third folder contains the club's Constitution, updated Spring 2008.
Scope and Contents This collection contains correspondence regarding scheduling volunteers to assist and organize the bone marrow typing for the National Marrow Donor Program.
