This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Delilahs. Records, 1998 -
Scope and Contents The first file contains a draft of their constitution and multiple years' budget requests to the Activities Tax Council (ATC). The second folder contains correspondence in the form of e-mails concerning their first CD release, the Delilahs history, and an announcement of their Fall 2005 concert. Delta Phi Alpha. Records, 1937-1953
Scope and Contents The files contain several copies of the Delta Phi Alpha Bulletin from 1937-38, 1952 ,1953, and 1967-68. There also is a copy of the minutes of the fraternity from 1937-38.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of records held by the group and copies of email correspondence that went out to the college campus. The files include constitutions, charters, applications to the Activities Tax Council, grant applications, examples of presentations and fundraising information. Scope and Contents The file consists of a single, unaddressed document, dated May 26, 1952, and signed by eighteen student leaders of the classes of 1952, 1953 & 1954. It contains what the students refer to as constructive criticism regarding academic life, religious life and athletics at Davidson College.

Budgets and Proposals contains the EAC's 2004-2005 proposal to the Activities Tax Council (dated November 10, 2004), an ACS Student Development and Engagement Grant Proposal, and the EAC's application to recharter. Eumenean Society. Records, 1838 - 2004
Scope and Contents The collection contains minutes, constitutions, correspondence, class and roll books, membership books, credit books, treasurer's books, records from the Junior Eumenean Society, a scrapbook, some printed material, and memorabilia. The minutes are from 1838-1935, 1950-1957, and 1984-1987. There is also a photocopy of the minutes from 1838-1843 which can be found at the end of the collection.
