This collection contains correspondence from the organization's leader to the rest of the members. These e-mails announce the topics and/or lecturers for each weekly session. The Printed Materials folder contains flyers.

The collection contains the minutes from the Society's organizational meeting on December 1, 1921.
Middle Eastern Cross Cultural Association (MECCA). Records, 2004-
This collection consists of e-mail correspondence from the leaders to the club members concerning meetings and upcoming events. It also consists of flyers advertising their sponsored events. There is also a 2012 General Ledger Detail Transact for MENASA (Middle Eastern North African Student Association).

The first folder contains flyers advertising sign-ups and performances for Oops. The second folder contains print outs of the website as it looked in 2007, probably not updated since 2004. One page includes a brief history of the organization.
Orchestra and Glee Club. Records, 1917-1928
The collection consists of a ledger with financial accounts for the years 1917-1919, a newspaper clipping from the Atlanta Journal, a concert program for teh 1927-1928 season and a constitution.
Organization of Latin American Students (OLAS). Records, 1999-
The collection consists of the print outs of their website including a copy of the by-laws and constitution and a brief history of the organization, email correspondence and notices sent to members, and publicity flyers.
Photography Club. Records, 1997-
The collection consists of administrative files, membership and publicity. The administrative files include the charter application to the Student Goverment Association, budgets, membership lists, and contracts. The publicity materials are flyers announcing meetings. The Printed Materials, 2006 folder has a flyer advertising the opening of the new darkroom and offering classes. The Correspondence 2005 folder contains e-mails from Fall 2005 concerning classes, exhibits, and officers.
Pines Fellowship. Correspondence, 2003-
This collection contains e-mail correspondence between the leaders of the Pines Fellowship and its volunteers. The contents of the correspondence includes programming and events announcements, meetings, and organizational instructions.
Pre-Dental Society. Records, 2005-
Pre-Law Society. Records, 1987-1992, 2005-2006
The first folder of the Pre-Law Society contains newsletters from 1987 until 1992 that highlighted meeting, LSAT registration and classes, announcements, and activities. The second folder contains e-mail correspondence during the 2005-2006 academic year, which included meeting and event annoucements. The third folder contains the club's Constitution, updated Spring 2008.
Pre-Veterinary Club. Records
The colelction consists of meeting minutes (two meetings in 2008-2009) and a guide to vet school admissions.
Project Life. Records, 2003-
This collection contains correspondence regarding scheduling volunteers to assist and organize the bone marrow typing for the National Marrow Donor Program. There are also printed materials, primarily publicity flyers and Be the March brochures. Posters produced by Project Life are housed in oversize storage and t-shirts in the Artifact Collection (A-726, A-727).

This collection contains society correspondence.
Public Interest Research Group (PIRG). Records, 1973-1981
The file contains a brochure describing PIRG, several newspaper articles about the organization, and a copy of "A Guide to Off-Campus Housing in the Davidson College Area" that was written by the organizaiton.
Rape Awareness Committe - RAC. Records, 1985-
The Printed Materials folder contains material from 1986, an unknown year, and 2008. The First Responders - Correspondence & Printed Materials folder contains email correspondence between the volunteers and a First Responders magnet. The R.A.P.E. - Correspondence folder contains two copies of a 1985 letter announcing the formation of the committee.
Red Cross Club. Records, 2003-
This collection consists mostly of corresondence concerning meetings, organization of events, and announcements. The collection also includes a handout for Random Acts of Kindness Week and correspondence concerning Swim-a-thon.
Reformed University Fellowship RUF. Records
This collection consists primarily of Student Organization registration forms and attachments (including a description/statement of purpose). There is also a printed photo and a 2002 email from Alison Holby to Rob Spach (Laurie Hibbett cc'ed) expressing interest in created a RUF chapter at Davidson College. Finally, there is a small RUF sticker and a glossy RUF pamphlet. There are also screen shots of the RUF website.
Reproductive Rights Alliance of Davidson (RRAD). Printed Materials, 2001-2002
This file contains fliers concerning meetings and "Faith and Choice Week," Davidsonian articles concerning the organizations, and other e-mail announcements of its creation and meetings.
Roosevelt Institute. Records
The Roosevelt Institute collection consists of the constitution of the organization, and a poster announcing the meeting of the organization. The publication of the organization, "Options," is contained in RG 10/2.27.
Shooting Club. Records, 2003-
This collection contains a Davidsonian article on the Gun Club, but mostly consists of correspondence that announces the weekly excursions to shooting ranges in 2003.
Sistahs of Essence. Records, 2007-
The Constitution & Officer Descriptions folder contains a copy of the Sistahs constitution and officer descriptions from 2007. The Correspondence & Printed Materials folder contains examples of email correspondence and flyers.
Sports Marketing Association.
The record consists of emails sent from the club advisor, Jason Sabow, to the club members concerning meeting and events.
