This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

There is a folder of Minutes from the end of the 2005-2006 academic year as well as most of the 2006-2007 academic year. The scrapbook contains 19 photographs. The images are of President Samuel Spencer and students in the class of 1983. They include shots of students studying, playing basketball and soccer, water skiing, playing instruments, performing on stage and other campus activities. The files contain a copy of the Style Book used by the editors of the Davidsonian in 1961 and copies of the Banquet held by the Davidsonian staff in 1920 and 1966. The Drinking folder contains copies of campus memos and interviews around the topic of alcohol regulations on campus. Copies of the actual newspaper are housed in the reading room of the College Archives and in the Davidsoniana Room on the second floor of the E. H. Little Library.
