This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

The collection contains a copy of the constitution of the group, newsletters from 1952, rush publications from 1951, and invitations and programs from 1948-1952. There is also a letter to Davidson College Treasurer Grier Martin about renovating Eumenean Hall and a scrapbook with photographs, programs and newsclippings from 1947 to 1953.

This collection includes the 2009 Bylaws (with a statement of purpose); this copy is a draft and includes edits/suggestions/corrections from members. The Correspondence folder contains one email.

The scrapbook contains 19 photographs. The images are of President Samuel Spencer and students in the class of 1983. They include shots of students studying, playing basketball and soccer, water skiing, playing instruments, performing on stage and other campus activities.
