RG/RG12. Student Organizations
This Record Group contains materials that pertain to student organizations on campus. There are nearly three hundred groups ranging from the historic and earliest organizations such as Philanthropic and Eumenean Societies to the Ugly Club to fraternities, Black Professional Development Working Group, to Mental Health Ambassadors, and Young Americans for Freedom. Examples of records are constitutions and bylaws, agendas, photographs, and promotional materials.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of a description of officer duties and email correspondence. There is a flyer advertising a 2007 movie screening.

Campus Club. Records, 1948-1952
Scope and Contents The collection contains a copy of the constitution of the group, newsletters from 1952, rush publications from 1951, and invitations and programs from 1948-1952. There is also a letter to Davidson College Treasurer Grier Martin about renovating Eumenean Hall and a scrapbook with photographs, programs and newsclippings from 1947 to 1953.

Scope and Contents This file contains a letter to the editor of the Davidsonian, an announcement for a workshop, an announcement of a play called "A Thirst," and two posters advertising "Speech," a play by Athena Stevens.
Cats Connect. Records, 2009-
Scope and Contents This collection includes the 2009 Bylaws (with a statement of purpose); this copy is a draft and includes edits/suggestions/corrections from members. The Guides folder contains the following 2009 handouts: Special Olympics volunteer information, "Things to Know" (information about the executive board), and "Cats Connect Prevention/Intervention Cues." The Correspondence folder contains one email.

Changing Minds. Printed Materials, 2005-
Scope and Contents The correspondence folder contains e-mails from Changing Minds. There is a folder of Minutes from the end of the 2005-2006 academic year as well as most of the 2006-2007 academic year. The third folder contains issues of the mental awareness newsletter, "Note to Self." Chi Phi Fraternity. Records, 1908-1954
Scope and Contents The collection contains a brief history of the group, plus names of members and a letter to Miss Cornelia Shaw.
Class of 1983. Spencer Scrapbook, 1983
Scope and Contents The scrapbook contains 19 photographs. The images are of President Samuel Spencer and students in the class of 1983. They include shots of students studying, playing basketball and soccer, water skiing, playing instruments, performing on stage and other campus activities. There is an accompanying document with identification of some of the students and events in the photographs.

CoHo (Co-ed Eating House). Records, 2000-2006
Scope and Contents The first folder contains the 2005 version of the constitution as well as e-mail correspondence from 2000 and 2005. The second folder contains photocopies of Davidsonian articles concerning the existence of CoHo. There are 5 scrapbooks with photographs, collages, notes and biographical sketches.
