The collection consists of a poster with a photograph and poems written by Turner. One poems is based on the Davidson College alma mater, the other is entitled "My Fur-Trimmed Hat Retired on Wildcat's Frame.

Robert Zenas Johnston Family Collection
Robinson-Guthrie Family Collection
The collection consists of a notebook on Robinson and Guthrie family genealogy entitled "Brief History of the Robinson Family, compiled by Georgie Marion Robinson in 1966 and colonial legal documents. The family genealogy records show a line to the evangelist, Billy Graham. The colonial documents include indentures, land grants in Mecklenburg and Anson counties, and wills. The land grants are from King George III and have maps illustrating the acreage.
Roy.Perry Scrapbook
The collection consists of two scrapbooks. One is a felt covered Davidson College book that primarily contains photographs of students and campus scenes. There are some references to World War I and Perry's family. The other scrapbook contains photographs of Guatemala.

Sample-Barry Collection
The collection consists of court documents with Alexander's signature, general court documents (oaths and receipts), contracts and receipts handled by Barry, and tax receipts signed by Barry. The Oversize material is a deed between Richard Stevenson and John Stevenson. The bulk of the collection dates from 1799 to 1812.
Samuel Blain Wilson Letters
The collection consists of one original letter and photocopies of three letters (location of the originals is unknown). The letters discuss Davidson College, its president, Samuel Williamson, and the Presbyterian church. Additional correspondence with Wilson can be found in RG 2/1.2, President Samuel Williamson records.

This collection consists of Telfair's "Respondent's Address" given before the Philanthropic Society in 1883.
Samuel Reece Neel Notebook
The collection consists of Neel's student notebook which later became his diary. The notebooks contains notes from D.H. Hill's mathematics class, an account of textbooks purchased by Price, a list of his classmates and their class standings, a diary of his Civil War experience, 1861-1865, a diary of his teaching at Cool Springs Academy, 1866-1868, and a diary of his teaching at Bethel Academy, 1869. The school diary portions include lists of students and expense accounts.

The collection consists of Burton's Inaugural Address as president of the Philanthropic Society in 1873.
Scofield Family Collection
The collection consists of printed materials and photographs. The printed materials include invitations, newspaper clippings, a sketch of Stephen Charles "Skits" Scofield by Linwood Black and receipts. Shaw, Cornelia Rebekah Shaw Literary Files
The collection consists of two bound volumes of the drafts of Shaw's history of Davidson College. One version includes typescripts of sources attached to pages within the text.

The collection consists of the annual program booklets for the club, 1927-1973. The booklets list club officers, members, and program topics.
Spanish-American War Scrapbook
This scrapbook consists of original clippings mounted in chronological order beginning with March 23, 1898 and ending May 25,1898. There are additional clippings of poetry published in newspapers. The majority of the clippings appear to be from the New York Herald. The front and back covers are missing.
Sparrow Family Papers
The collection consists of corrrespondence. The letters from 1847 to 1857 discuss family life. The letters from 1956 to 1981 were written to Dr. Chalmers Davidson about the family history and property. Typescripts for some of the early letters have been added to the collection
