The talk "Uncle Lester and Me" was given by Bob Wynn to the Spectator Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina in May 2011. In it, Wynn reflects on his memories of his uncle Lester Maddox in the 1960s.
The collection consists of a copy of the Constitution and By-laws, undated; minutes, 1901-1907, 1924-1969; membership lists, 1916-1976; correspondence, 1944-1994, histories, 1923, 1958-1960; programs, 1907-1996; clippings, 1948; and photographs.
The collection contains reproductions of postcards and family photographs related to the college and town. There is one oversize postcard of an aerial view of front campus, a postcard showing the children of Oscar Gant and photographs of the Sample home on Concord Road.
This collection consists of research materials used by Pete Bradshaw in the writing of his book on Peter Stuart Ney, Execution Denied and also some materials he created. The materials include books, posters and artifacts. The posters are include promotional materials for the book, maps and a timeline of Napoleon's march to Moscow. The artifacts are balls of shot similat to what would have been used by soldiers in Ney's time.

The collection contains a store ledger for 1909, a deed for 2 shares of Brown-Knox stock, an advertisement, and a broadside notice of a Commissioner's Re-Sale of Real Estate. The store ledger lists the names of Davidson residents and their purchases. The broadside describes the land on which the building stood and the history of ownership of the land.
